Uraian TugasMaintain accuracy of supply and production plans vs actual results at ≥ 80%. Ensure zero stockouts of bar materials for all production in plants 6 and 7 (excluding uncontrollable events). Ensure zero stockouts of ball materials for sales activities (excluding uncontrollable events). Execute at least 70% of planned scenario analyses. Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, production planning, or related areas. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Hands-on experience in S&OP processes and cross-functional planning coordination. Strong skills in Excel (must), with knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and data analysis tools (advantageous). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and facilitation skills across departments. Alignment with company values. Demonstrated safety culture and leadership. Proficiency in English communication for team collaboration.
