• Process and policy activities
• Conduct design the new policy and procedure according to organization changes
• Review current policy and procedure to ensure the policy align with current condition of the organization
• Modify current system and procedure by considering good internal monitoring aspect
• Assist in socializing the policy and procedure to business process owner
• Conduct the compliance test and provide written report based on the compliance process to related units
• Perform FRM application testing that related to designed procedure to ensure the designed application suitable with the agreed procedure
• Assist in consulting activities for other units in order to re-engineer and strengthen financial business processes
• Assist in providing materials & report summaries for discussion session on risks and recommendations#
• General activities
• Perform and complete other activities as assigned by direct supervisor
• Record and maintain all documents related to business process and policy programs
• Assist in preparation of periodic report to supervisor
• Human Resources Management
• Propose required training for self-working enhancement
• Financial Management

• General Requirement
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance related
• Able to analyze the business process and design the policy#
• Work Exposure / Experience
