Job Description :

• Provides leadership in risk management; establishes and implements local frameworks, policies, and operating guidelines within the parameters of the Enterprise Risk Management framework, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Offers independent oversight and challenge to management to ensure effective risk management processes are in place. Develops risk measurement and reporting metrics, including risk limits and exception reporting. Facilitates the annual "Key Risk Identification Process" and provides quarterly updates on Key Risks, communicating emerging issues and breaches of Risk Management policies to the Chief Risk Officer.
• Provides strategic risk challenges to management regarding business strategies and initiatives. Identifies key risks and collaborates with the business to assess, monitor, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicates and educates on risk management measures and tools, promoting a risk-aware culture within the company.
• Leads various risk-related projects with hands-on involvement.
