ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who will be responsible for building the performance marketing function to drive growth globally. We are looking for a results-focused self-learner who is an entrepreneur at heart. You will be in-charge of building a new business function from the ground up, and you will be responsible for growing and building key projects that the company is investing in.

You will learn to work with a global team, and how to build a performance marketing function for a global market.

Reporting to the Venture Development Assistant Manager the successful candidate will be able to work with global publishers, partners and influencers across the world. You will also be given the opportunity to drive and build new ventures within the company. In these cases, you are expected to be independent, learn about the business quickly, and work with the commercial team to develop this into a successful business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Analyse data in order to plan and build a performance marketing strategy together with the head of commercial globally

Manage the different performance marketing channels by ensuring that ad spend is kept within budget. Optimize ads to increase growth and efficiency

Oversee the work that is created by your direct report and freelancers

Manage, develop and acquire relationships with key business partners globally

Optimize and streamline business processes so that the business can grow efficiently globally

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.

Great understanding of the travel landscape (Bonus)

Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Thrives in a fast paced environment

Data management and analytical skills is required
