Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team, supervise and improve performance.
• Ensure accuracy and review of financial reports and journals.
• Oversee cost accounting, expense management, and cost analysis.
• Calculate company costs (management, production, etc.), record detailed expenditures, analyze costs, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Regularly prepare cost analysis reports, providing insights and recommendations for management decisions.
• Allocate monthly expenses, coordinate with production and sales on work‑in‑progress and finished products, and report on discrepancies for accurate cost allocation.
• Manage accounting and control of company costs, set cost budgets, and determine expected profit.
• Assist various departments with cost accounting and issue cost, expense, and planning indicators.
• Perform additional duties as required.
