Uraian Tugas

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist in following up daily operational processes, including coordination and support for warehousing, customer service, and related activities.
  • Organize and analyze operational data to produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, supporting operation optimization efforts.
  • Assist in operating operational systems (such as WMS, TMS, OMS), including data entry and exception handling.
  • Support the execution of business process improvement projects, including documentation and process standardization.

Job Requirements :

  • Preferably over 1 year of experience in operational support or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced business support environment.
