Uraian Tugas

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily monitoring of the general ledger interface process from Core Systems into finance Systems and coordinate with regional finance systems support for any failure process.
  • Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliation, including additions and deletions of fixed assets.
  • Conduct quarterly access reviews for user IDs of finance systems.
  • Provide the monthly management expense report.
  • Coordinate with regional finance systems support for issues or requests that cannot be resolved locally.
  • Collaborate with local IT and regional finance systems support for infrastructure issues related to finance systems.
  • Convert and upload yearly budget files into finance systems.
  • Guide and assist finance systems users with issues and functions within the systems.
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments or projects as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably S1 in Accounting, Computerized Accounting, or IT with strong accounting knowledge.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience at staff or supervisor level.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including technical finance and IT teams.
  • Proficiency in Windows applications such as MS Excel VBA and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with multiple parties to gain consensus.
