Overview

Join a global entertainment company that operates some of the most recognised online titles and competitive gaming tournaments across Asia. We’re looking for an experienced Esports Broadcast Producer to take ownership of live and studio production for marquee esports titles at a Global Scale. This role sits at the heart of competitive gaming from concept planning and storytelling to on-air execution across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end broadcast production of esports tournaments, live matches, and studio content ensuring consistent quality across all platforms and regions.
  • Create broadcast rundowns, scripts, and visual storytelling plans that elevate audience engagement and highlight key gameplay moments.
  • Direct live shows managing camera work, graphics, replays, commentary flow, and technical operations to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Coordinate global broadcast schedules and work with local partners to align timing, logistics, and production flow.
  • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and operation of broadcast systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and respond to live technical issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
  • Research and pilot new production tools, cloud streaming workflows, and remote broadcast technologies to enhance efficiency and visual quality.
  • Collaborate closely with content, esports ops, and marketing teams to ensure storytelling and production execution are aligned with tournament narratives.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in live broadcast production, ideally in esports, sports, or entertainment.
  • Must be fluent in English and preferably Mandarin
  • Hands-on experience directing or producing live shows with complex technical setups.
  • Proficiency in live production tools such as vMix, OBS, EVS, NDI workflows, comms systems, and streaming encoders.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based or remote production setups and multi-platform streaming (YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of the competitive gaming ecosystem , with awareness of player and viewer dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational and crisis-management skills under live conditions.
  • Flexibility to work odd hours regionally for tournaments or productions.
