Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle — from concept, architecture design, development, and testing to deployment and maintenance.
Develop and maintain enterprise‑grade full‑stack applications across web, mobile, and internal systems, using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, .NET Core, Python, etc.).
Establish a governed engineering framework, including coding standards, security practices, and architectural consistency.
Implement CI / CD pipelines for automated builds, deployment, and testing to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
Act as a technical enabler for the company’s digital transformation by translating strategic initiatives into working software.
Build scalable API and middleware layers to connect ERP, CRM, CDP, and Data Warehouse systems into a unified ecosystem.
Work cross‑functionally to align technology with business goals and prepare to build and mentor an internal engineering team as the company scales.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduated from a reputable university (local or overseas) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems, with strong exposure to modern development methodologies and international technology environments.

5–8 years of progressive experience in software development, including at least 3–5 years in a senior or managerial engineering role within mid‑to‑large organizations. Candidates must demonstrate stability, with a minimum tenure of 3–5 years in at least one previous company.

Proficient in full‑stack development using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or Java), databases (SQL / NoSQL), and API design. Hands‑on experience with CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Proven success in modernizing legacy systems and implementing standardized software architecture and engineering practices within traditionally structured companies.

Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, CDP, or Data Warehouse using secure and scalable APIs.

Strong leadership in managing cross‑functional projects, mentoring developers, and collaborating with enterprise architecture, data, and security teams.

Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken fluency required).
