Accounting (Mandarin)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with Mandarin skill to join our team. This role is crucial in managing monthly closing, preparing complete financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and supporting overall financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly closing processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and other related reports.
• Record daily transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank.
• Monitor and ensure proper integration between inventory and accounting systems.
• Handle tax administration and reporting (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, VAT).
• Perform reconciliations, financial analysis, and support internal / external audits.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial processes and system efficiency.
