Our client in holding company in building Material Manufacturing, We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical operations and drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 implementation, customization, and support, along with proven leadership skills to manage IT projects and teams effectively.

📍 Location : Jakarta, Indonesia

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : IT Supervisor (Technical – Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What You'll Do : Configuring

and customizing Dynamics application to achieve business requirements .

• Supervise Dynamics 365 implementation and customization projects
• Configure and maintain D365 modules ( Finance, Operations)

Collaborating

with other personnel of Technical Team to achieve work target .

Supporting

Finance & Accounting department in system setup, financial reporting,

and compliance-related requirements within Dynamics 365

Conducting

user acceptance test, deliver training to users , assisting users in implementation and  maintaining Dynamics application .

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor’s

degree in Informatics Engineering , Information System Management ,

Computer Science or related fields.

Proficiency

in programming language and Microsoft technology (e.g., LCS

Azure).

Minimum

3 years of work experience in Dynamics 365 implementation.

Experience

in financial reporting and analysis using Dynamics 365 tools

Good

knowledge of financial policies and procedures . Strong technical skills in D365 configuration and customization

Excellent

analytical and problem-solving ability to bridge finance business needs

with ERP system functionality Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)

Good analytical

thinking , with problem-solving and taking ownership at work

attitude .

Excellent

interpersonal and communication skills.
