Human Capital Business Partner Specialist (Temporary)
Provide day-to-day HR support and consultation to managers and employees, including performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives.
Manage and support talent management activities such as onboarding, probation reviews, and exit processes.
Support HR reporting, data management, and documentation.
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 4 years of working experience as HR in the related field is required for this position.
Industrial relation background is preferred.
Deep understanding in industrial relations, labor law, tax law and HR is a must.
Good communication, but also a detail person.
Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
Willing to commit to a 4-month full-time contract as a maternity leave replacement.
