Uraian TugasResponsible for monthly and annual financial closing. Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports (SPT) in coordination with the Tax Holding team. Ensure proper implementation of financial systems, policies, and procedures. Support the Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM) and management in annual budget preparation. Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly cash flow reports. Perform control over Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and operational expenses. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and taxation. Proven ability to perform financial closing accurately and on time. Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Willing to work on Saturdays. Minimum 3 years of experience in account payable and accounting. Strong understanding of 3‑way matching, PR / PO process and accounting principles. Proficiency in Gsheet, Ms. Excel and ERP System (Odoo considered an advantage). Excellent analytical skill with attention to detail and accuracy. Open to placement in BSD. Review and ensure accuracy in Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order. Prepare the payment bill, input the transaction in ERP System. Perform 3‑way matching for invoices received, ensuring alignment with PO and goods / service received. Continuously improve AP process to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support month‑end and year‑end closing process related to AP. Maintain AP aging and report to Manager regularly. Maintain Accounting Journal related to Financial Statement report. Responsible for creating and issuing all invoices to client and consultant (ISO, Training, Sustainability) and following up on the invoices. Create tax invoices for invoices issued. Control all invoices issued to client and consultant. Ensure all works (ISO, Training, Sustainability) are invoiced in a timely manner. Make weekly reports on all invoices that have been invoiced. Coordinate with all departments. Monitor and control operational expenditure costs against Budget 2025. Make reports on cost expenditures against budget. Update data on events that have potential risks to the company and report to Management. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles, particularly in invoicing, tax, budgeting, and financial controlling. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. High attention to detail for reconciliation, verification, and reporting.
