World Class Business Coaching Company with a vision to be the McKinsey & Accenture for SMEs Business Owners, is seeking for a high achiever Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with proven track record in leading with exponential growth, preferable from customer-centric national or multinational company.

With almost 15 years of experience & its significant impact, Gratyo Indonesia has a headquarter in Jakarta with focus in 12 major cities and beyond across Indonesia. We believe in working with FUN yet serious for success, enabling us to give significant impact to our clients who are mostly Entrepreneurs.

About the role

As CEO, you will build and lead the Strategies into Actions in achieving sustainable exponential growth from years ahead, and strengthening Gratyo Indonesia position as the Leading Global Awards Winning Business Coaching Company in Indonesia market.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Senior Management, with proven leadership & achievement in national or multionational companies, preferably but not limited to business services or management consulting firms such as Mckinsey, Accenture, or other significant companies.

Background in Management Consulting, Education & Training to B2C, Business Services, or premium high end Consumer Goods.

Proven success in driving exponential growth, operational efficiency, and organizational transformation.

Customer-centric mindset with many insightful experiences in B2C market.

A visionary & situational leader with strong strategies into action with excellent executions.

Strategic : Develop and implement Gratyo’s business strategy to drive sustainable exponential growth in years to come.

Brand & Market Leadership : Strengthen Gratyo’s brand and market positioning through innovative initiatives.

Growth & Business Development : Identify opportunities, partnerships, and markets to achieve exponential growth.

Team Leadership & Culture : Build, mentor, and inspire the executive team while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Operational Leadership : Oversee all business operations to ensure efficiency and performance.

Financial Oversight : Ensure effective financial management, ROI tracking, and sustainable resource allocation.

Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive organizational success.
