Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a professional Engineering Manager to join our Company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and developing all engineering activities within the Company to meet the quality standards following applicable regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Involving in project bidding and collaborating with the Business and Development.
• Oversee and manage the engineering project from inception to completion.
• Check and evaluate all projects to meet the quality standards and comply with relevant HSE regulations and others.
• Delegate authority and responsibility to the engineering team with supervision and accountability.
• Maintain, monitor, and improve the effectiveness of the company's procedures.
• Provide technical expertise to solve complex technical problems and make informed decisions.
• Manage the overall performance of the team and ensure all the projects are completed on time and within the budget.
• Coordinate with the client, stakeholders, and other related parties.
