    • Job Description

  • Program PLC and DDC systems and develop SCADA interfaces.
  • Design Electrical Panels, Control Architecture and Wiring Diagrams.
  • Update ACAD drawings.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests.
  • Perform on‑site testing & commissioning of control systems.
  • Provide support to clients for site acceptance tests, locally or abroad.

    • Technical Requirements

  • Self‑motivated, good communication skills, and a good team player.
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Controls Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong fundamentals in Electrical, Automation and Process Control.
  • Hands‑on PLC programming (Siemens Simatic WinCC / Step7, PCS‑7, TIA Portal).
  • Good knowledge of mining, process industry and factory automation systems (advantage).
  • Good knowledge of LAN networks and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc).
  • Experience with Internet‑of‑Things and IT‑OT integration is an added value.

    • General Requirements

  • 3‑5 years of experience and completion of 2 or 3 automation projects.
  • Ability to commute / relocate to Jakarta or Bogor.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes (max. 50% of the time).

    Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing vessel docking and other marine‑related projects to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and company requirements. Acts as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, shipyards, contractors, and classification societies.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee docking, repair, and maintenance projects for offshore support vessels.
  • Prepare project scope of work, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules.
  • Manage day‑to‑day execution of projects, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Supervise contractors, shipyards, and service providers to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and recommend solutions for repair, modification, or upgrades.
  • Liaise with classification societies, flag states, and regulatory bodies for inspections and approvals.
  • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and cost control to management.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including project reports, drawings, and as‑built records.
  • Support vessel operations team with technical input for troubleshooting and modifications.
  • Promote adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards in all project activities.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in ship repair, docking, or offshore vessel projects.
  • Strong knowledge of vessel systems (mechanical, electrical, propulsion, hull structures).
  • Hands‑on experience in docking supervision, project management, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with class and statutory requirements for offshore support vessels.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and stay on‑site at shipyards during projects.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

    Responsibilities

  • Assist with on‑site management to ensure project success.
  • Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.
  • Responsible for RFI and submittal process.
  • Processing owner billings and project related accounting issues.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 1‑3 years' experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager.
  • Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.

    • Project Engineer – Fire Protection

    THE FUTURE IS WHAT WE MAKE IT. The Project Engineer will provide and develop system application as per project specifications and follow international industry codes & standards. He will assist the Project, Engineering & Proposal Team on all systems design and engineering work.

    Responsibilities

  • Preparing engineering documents revision to accommodate changes and enhancements.
  • Support the Project, Engineering & Proposal Team on all systems design and engineering work.
  • Project Engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve.
  • Prepare schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
  • Work closely with Project Team to generate and perform technical evaluation for project items.
  • Develop system application as per project specifications and follow international industry codes & standards.
  • Perform internal testing, pre‑commissioning, commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Liaise, coordinate and monitor sub‑contractors / vendors on assigned projects to ensure goods quality as per project specification and timely delivery.

    • Education

  • Preferably qualification in engineering.
  • 3‑5 years related experience in fire alarm systems, suppression systems and integration.
  • Strong knowledge in technical data and documentation such as drawings, technical manuals / specifications and industrial code and standard.
  • Ability to master new software systems, especially in the areas of project management.
  • Preferable experience with portfolio of projects.
  • Must be able to work as a team.

    • Experience

  • 3 years experience in design and estimate fire protection system, fire alarm system and fire suppression system.
  • Experience in fire alarm systems, suppression systems and integration.

  • Manage contractors and vendors during construction and commissioning phases.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in data centre or mission‑critical facility construction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
