Uraian Tugas

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategy which includes sales plan, process, payment system, reward / sales commission.
  • Coordinate and evaluate brand image enhancement activities carried out from media placements and exhibitions.
  • Create activities to maintain business relations with the mass media and related vendors.
  • Supervise and coordinate sales team.
  • Analyze sales & promotion report and achievement progress.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
  • Minimum 6 years of experiences as sales property or 2 years experiences in the same position.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of property industry.
  • Target oriented and attractive personality.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of promotional activities, marketing in the real estate business.
  • Sales oriented personality, good communication and have wide network.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta (Southgate / Aerium / The Elements).
