Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Managing the company's financial balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, taxation issue & management reporting
- Introducing and implementing cost-saving initiatives which will impact the bottom line of the business
- Acting as internal control for the Company and liaising with external auditors
- Interacting with legal counsel, insurance company, tax consultants, auditors, appraisal, banks, and government officers
