Job Description

• Work together with the Partnership Team to develop and improve the system for referral partner program
• Execute the daily operations of lead acquisition via referral partner program (including cross departments & partners coordination)
• Foster partner community and maintain a good working relationship with partners (give assistance on tech ecosystem preparation, identify and solve partner’s problems / needs, collect their feedback on partnership or product, organize marketing event with a partner if necessary)
• Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with partners
