Responsibilities :

• Conduct application testing according to user requirements.
• Handle the overall application installation for users.
• Provide user guides for related applications.
• Ensure the completeness of the application development process and proper documentation.
• Actively participate as a programmer in related application development projects when needed.
• Coordinate with the Senior System Analyst to :
• Monitor the IS application development schedule.
• Ensure timely completion of applications and user alignment.
• Provide technical advice to enhance application performance.
• Management Support Activities :
• Provide reports to the direct supervisor.
• Suggest process improvements related to responsibilities, focusing on time, effort, and cost efficiency.
• Perform activities related to the Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the supervisor.
