• Policy Analyst
• As part of your internship as a policy analyst, you will contribute to daily and weekly reports on key issues such as economy, business, security, defence, and aerospace by conducting in-depth research and analysis. You will collaborate with experienced analysts, provide insights for clients, and participate in research projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environment.Location Remote Working (Jakarta)

• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Micro and macro analysis skills
• Solid understanding of research methodologies and techniques
• Critical thinking, able to think critically and objectively
• Understanding and interests in one or several issues (politics, economy and business, security, defence, aerospace)
• High agility and adaptability in a fast-paced working environment, dynamic teams
• A strong understanding of research ethics and the responsibility to conduct research with integrity
• Attention to detail, high level of attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in research findings and to avoid errors in data interpretation
• Knowledge and skills in working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Access to personal laptop / notebook is required
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
