Job Description :
- Financial Recordkeeping : Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Data Entry and Processing : Entering financial transactions into accounting software, spreadsheets, or databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reconciling bank statements, accounts, and other financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting : Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Invoice and Payment Processing : Processing invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Payroll Support : Assisting with payroll processing, including data entry and reconciliation, as needed.
- Assisting with journal entries of tax payment or transaction and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assisting with audit procedures and ensuring proper documentation for audits.
