About Our Client

The hiring company is a well-established player, known for its extensive product portfolio and widespread market presence. With a significant footprint in Indonesia, the company focuses on delivering quality goods to consumers while maintaining operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Oversee finance operations end-to-end, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, compliance with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations, and effective cashflow management.
  • Lead local finance team and collab with procurement, GA, and production team
  • Drive system and process improvements; evaluate and upgrade systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support operational decision-making with strong financial insights, including COGS calculation, inventory audits, direct / indirect cost tracking, and supply chain analysis.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with auditors, tax offices (KPP), and banking partners.
  • Manage cross-border financial structures : monitor offshore loans, vendor agreements, and international banking arrangements.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa
  • Proven senior leadership experience in finance
  • Hands-on, data-driven leader with ability to "roll up sleeves" and dig into details.
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Familiarity with international trade and offshore financing is a plus.
