Responsibilities

• Setting injection machine, setup mold, and prepare machine before production;
• Making sample approval as a reference for production standard;
• Take measurements and determine the quality of the new model parts project before starting the mass production process;
• Monitoring process in production, analyze the simple technical problems in production and make adjustments within the range of process parameters;
• Trial on new molds according to the specific quality standards;
• Assist engineers in tracking and verifying the implementation of technical improvements in production
