Overview
Familiar with the internal business processes of the sales team, the internal CRM system, and understand customers’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to create daily, weekly, and monthly data reports, and provide analysis and feedback.
- Support management in supporting the daily operations of the sales team, analyzing sales data, and proposing solutions to improve and enhance sales efficiency.
- Designing, executing, and reporting on various sales team incentive activities
- Maintain communication with all divisions and customer.
