Senior Process Engineer

Uraian TugasBachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, materials and other related science and engineering; key universities are preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Minitab, JMP and other data analysis software. Familiar with 6sigma, DOE, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D and other common engineering methods. 8 years working experience in large-scale electronic manufacturing industry or lithium battery industry; project management experience is preferred. More than 8 years (at same position in the manufacturing). English or Mandarin language ability (Mandarin as an added advantage).
Overview
Coordinate and lead the mass production and introduction of new projects in the base production line, and continuously improve the yield, quality and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for abnormal analysis and problem solving of mass production line, including coating, cold pressing, winding, assembly, testing and other processes.
- Be responsible for the production management, joint adjustment, release and order delivery of new projects and new cables.
- Be responsible for the manufacturability verification of new processes, new materials, new cables and new equipment in mass production stage.
- Responsible for preparing process documents related to mass production and maintaining manufacturing system.
- Responsible for mass production line and mass production project changes, breakpoints and other tasks.
- Responsible for continuous improvement projects and horizontal development of mass production lines.
- Participate in customer audit to improve customer satisfaction.
