Role Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to oversee the operational and marketing coordination of exclusive property projects. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring strong project management skills, marketing coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The Project Manager will act as the bridge between developers, internal teams, external partners, and service providers to ensure projects are delivered with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collect, structure, and report project data for developers and investors.
• Organize and lead regular project update calls with stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and supporting materials.
• Source and manage marketing vendors (agencies, designers, copywriters).
• Maintain and update product information across all channels and platforms.
• Support event preparation and execution for project launches and partner activations.
• Identify and establish partnerships to strengthen project positioning.
• Track progress against project plans, coordinate cross-departmental tasks, and push teams to deliver on deadlines.
• Provide general marketing and operational support to ensure project success.
