As a Leasing Staff , your primary responsibility will be to seek and secure tenants for our commercial spaces, ensuring maximum occupancy and building lasting partnerships.

Requirements : Minimum Diploma (D3) in Management, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.

Proficient in document handling, reporting, and using Microsoft Office or social media for promotions.

Responsibilities : Identify and attract potential tenants for commercial spaces.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring alignment with company targets.

Manage leasing documents and create detailed, accurate reports.

Collaborate with teams to maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
