RPX is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our Sales Distribution and Contract Logistics. The key mission is clear : bring in new business and scale up existing customers in both trucking and warehousing services.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve strong growth in distribution and contract logistics.
Actively hunt for new business in trucking (CDE, CDD, FUSO, Wingbox, Big Mama fleets) and in warehousing / contract logistics solutions.
Grow existing customer accounts by expanding service scope and increasing revenue contribution.
Drive commercial development of our warehousing facilities across Greater Jakarta and key industrial areas, covering raw material storage, hygiene and temperature-controlled products, chemicals, and finished goods.
Improve sales processes to ensure higher effectiveness and efficiency in achieving business targets.
Build a high-performing, motivated sales team through strong leadership and coaching.
What We’re Looking For
At least 5 years of managerial sales experience in the logistics industry.
Strong record of winning new customers and expanding existing accounts in trucking and contract logistics.
Proven ability to manage large deals and complex customer requirements.
Leadership skills to grow and motivate a sales team.
High drive, resilience, and achievement orientation.
Ability to optimize sales management processes and deliver tangible results.
