Uraian TugasBachelor / Diploma degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledgeable in Shipping, Logistics, and Supply Chain. Knowledge of customs documentation, shipping, and logistics. Meticulous, attention to details, organized, good communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Ability to work well with others. Proficient in MS Office. Strong negotiation skills, able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Job Description
- Request for freight quotation from forwarder and quote accordingly to the customer or to CSIS.
- Ensure that all shipping documents are complete and in order.
- Book shipments with the freight forwarder.
- Apply export permit.
- Coordinate with Singapore warehouse staff for the collection of shipments.
- Coordinate with hauler for containerized shipments.
- Check bill of lading and airway bill and ensure all details are correct.
- Check draft forms and ensure all details are correct prior to application to avoid delays.
- Send pre-alert to customers.
- Monitor shipment status and update customer.
- Apply for insurance of shipments that require separate insurance policy.
- Comply with ISO ,, standard requirements.
