Hi Everyone...

PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa (General Contractor) is a Subsidiary of CCM Group.

Looking for Position : Quantity Surveyor Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing) .

Responsibilities

Monitor budget regularly with respect to orders issued, payments made etc.
Prepare bill of quantity system wise, building wise etc.
Preparation & submission of monthly payment certificate of MEP services.
Quantity take-off for all MEP items in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical.
Good understanding of MEP drawings, systems, items etc.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

At least 3 years of working experience in MEP Contractor as Quantity Surveyor MEP.

Willing to be placed at all Project Berca.
