Uraian Tugas

Have good knowledge Air export shipment which includes Airfreight, Custom clearance, inland transportation, Export Packing, issuing Form CO, JTEPA etc…

Have experiences of handling Pharmaceutical business.

Working Experience over 5 years in Freight forwarder business.

Thai National, Male or Female / Age over 27 years old

Bachelor's Degree

Good English communication

Good PC skills in English MS Office

Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, motivated ,Service mind person , able to work under more pressure Etc.

Handle air export bookings, shipping instructions, and documentation with clients and overseas agents.

Coordinate closely with airlines, ground handling agents, warehouses, and customs brokers.

Prepare and review export documents (HAWB, MAWB, invoice, packing list, etc.).

Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to customers.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and accuracy.

Record Sales & Cost in internal system and issuing INV and Payment requestion.

Support sales to make quotations and customer requests as needed.

Ensure compliance with air transport and export regulations. (IATA, Customs, etc.)
