Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of HR operational processes, procedures, and systems; recommend improvements as needed.
• Maintain regular updates of Tissue International market and HQ organization charts and headcounts (HC), ensuring alignment with manpower request (MPR) and HR form requests.
• Ensure consistency between market MPRs and HR form requests with TI market and HQ organization charts.
• Ensure compliance with HR Delegation of Authority (DOA) and HR policies.
• Standardize HR processes and practices, including onboarding / offboarding, recruitment, office attendance, leave management, probation reviews, and related procedures.
• Project manage the rollout of HRIS and payroll systems across markets working with Country HRs.
• Review and propose insurance plans (medical, health, injury, etc.) for all markets, in close collaboration with Country HR teams.
