As a Manager or Senior Manager in SAP Consulting, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Lead the overall involvement in an end-to-end implementation of SAP, acting as a client-facing solution architect.

• Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with the client teams and key stakeholders.

• Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes.

• Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all, including quieter members of the team.

• Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.

• Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.

• Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.

• Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.

• Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism.

• Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.

• Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.

• Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.

• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Skills Requirements:

• Sound understanding of SAP process and be able to provide an optimum solution utilizing processes available in SAP and its best practices.

• Know-how in design & blueprinting, configuration, functional Specification, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance test, authorisation, data migration and cutover.

• Deep client engagement skills (requirements gathering, workshops).

• Strong Project Management skills and experience.

• Having the capability to work on milestone-based deliverables.

Experience Requirements

• Over 10 years’ experience in SAP module with minimum 6 to 7 full cycle implementation experience of mid to high complexity.

• Excellent as aclient facing solution architect with strong interactions, leading & driving client workshop, design & blueprinting, configuration, system build, training and cutover.

• Provide know-how and subject matter expertise with senior stakeholders management experience.

• Team lead experience, having led team of SAP consultants.
