Uraian Tugas

Overview

Responsible for the design, deployment, installation, configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of server / storage / backup, and network infrastructure (switches and wireless LAN)

Perform installation and configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for server / storage / backup, network devices; and services

Develop comprehensive documentation of installation processes and Method of Procedure for any configurations and setups

Compile Preventive Maintenance reports for IT infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance and reliability

Responsibilities

Responsible for the design, deployment, installation, configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of server / storage / backup, and network infrastructure (switches and wireless LAN).
Perform installation and configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for server / storage / backup, network devices; and services.
Develop comprehensive documentation of installation processes and Method of Procedure for any configurations and setups.
Compile Preventive Maintenance reports for IT infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Qualifications

Job Requirements : Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Bachelor's degree (S1) from Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical / Electronic Engineering and any related degree from an accredited University with min GPA 3.0

Having knowledge of fundamental networking principles, including routing and switching

Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Good time management, ability to work under pressure and working off-office hours if necessary

Good attitude, hard worker, eager to learn, communicative and highly adaptable person

Having excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Be enthusiastic to learn / share the solutions / technologies from / to other team members through informal, formal, and self-paced training

Having ability to apply foundational knowledge of database programming in practical scenarios is an advantage
