RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up the production team structure and selection of production team members.

Set up and update the production documents.

Conduct training to the supervisors, shift leaders and operators

Establishing the demands of the production team competency level, record and identifying the competency level and evaluating the improvement of the production team competency.

Provides manual operation and production procedure.

Preparing of a production forecast / production planning according to customer demands (Sales and Marketing).

Coordinate intra- departmental cooperation activities as well as operational meeting.

Controlling the procurement and utilization of raw materials, packaging, supporting material etc, to be effective and efficient.

Coordinate and make decision on solving operational technical problems.

Monitor the unit consumption of the materials, energy, etc and calculate the variable cost.

Recording production data records for production monthly report generation.

Monitor and review monthly budget realization data.

Evaluating and analyzing deviations between plans and realizations.

Taking responsibility related to product quality.

Set up of the working requirements.

Supervise compliances with the company’s occupational health and safety regulation, Industry and Government standards.

Controlling the work environment within the safety and security standards required by industry and government regulation.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum graduated S-1 Chemical Engineering and have strong knowledge and experiences related to the production process.

Have at least 10 years’ experience working in chemical plants, with minimum 3 years at supervisory level.

Good communication skills and fluent English.

Advanced knowledge of ESHQ and capability to handle relevant instruments and equipment accordingly.

Management skills and deep understanding of the business impact from production.

Strong leadership skills.
