We are looking for a talented and experienced Mid‑Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure, as well as enhancing our CI / CD pipelines and monitoring solutions. You should have a strong background in DevOps practices with a focus on container orchestration, monitoring, logging, and security assessments. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with the core technologies we use and will help drive best practices in deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage container orchestration platforms like Docker Swarm and AWS ECS.Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins.Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Grafana and Prometheus.Set up and maintain centralized logging using Graylog.Integrate Elastic APM for application performance monitoring.Conduct security assessments Meta.Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high‑quality software delivery.Automate and optimize deployment processes to achieve efficient and scalable infrastructure.Perform infrastructure troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production incidents.Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of systems.Participate in on‑call rotations to ensure system availability and support.Must‑Have Skills
Container Orchestration : Experience with Docker Swarm and AWS ECS.CI / CD Tools : Proficiency with Jenkins for pipeline creation and maintenance.Monitoring : Hands‑on experience with Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring solutions.Logging : Experience with Graylog for centralized log management.Application Performance Monitoring (APM) : Knowledge of Elastic APM.Security Assessments : Familiarity with security assessment Meta.Good‑to‑Have Skills
Experience with other container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.Experience with AWS Cloud Services beyond ECS (Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, Load Balancing).Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.Knowledge of additional CI / CD tools like GitLab CI or CircleCI.Exposure to other logging and monitoring solutions (e.g., ELK Stack, Datadog).Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments (e.g., IAM, VPC).Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent work experience is also accepted.A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role.Proven track record of managing production infrastructure in a cloud or hybrid environment.Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.What We Offer
