Uraian Tugas

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the medical equipment industry, preferably with Ultrasound or Radiology products.
  • Excellent communication skills and high efficiency.
  • Required skills : Sales experience, managing distribution networks, and advanced English speaking and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and internal sales management systems, preferably with SAP experience.
  • Domicile : Surabaya
  • Coverage area : East Java, Central Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara (Nusra)

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve a minimum annual sales target within the territory.
  • Establish and consolidate a sales network with sufficient coverage over the territory.
  • Collect orders from distributors according to their purchase schedule and monthly forecasts.
  • Manage existing distributors within the territory.
  • Identify key customers and engage throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and competitors.
  • Assist service and support staff with payment collection and customer complaints.
