PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Financial Technology (Payment Gateway) with the following details :

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) or CPA / CA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership position.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proven experience in financial technology sectors, especially in fiber leasing, and credit scoring.
• Strong understanding of project finance, large-scale infrastructure investments, and capital-intensive operations.
• Solid knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control practices.
• Experience in debt / equity financing, investor relations, and working with financial institutions and infrastructure funds.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to infrastructure and digital connectivity projects.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including boards, investors, and regulators.
• Previous experience with cross-border transactions is a plus.
