Supply Chain Manager

Overview

Lead the Supply Chain Department and develop supply chain strategies and policies. Manage both import and export operations in compliance with government regulations. Oversee relationships with both overseas and local suppliers to ensure optimal sourcing. Supervise warehouse and inventory management to maintain efficiency and stock accuracy. Collaborate with management to align supply chain activities with overall business goals. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree.
• Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry, preferably within the hydraulic sector.
• Experience working in or familiarity with the Bekasi regional area is an advantage.
• Previous experience working with Chinese manufacturing companies is a plus.
• Well-versed in Indonesian government regulations related to import-export and manufacturing.
• Proficient in using ERP or SAP systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Must possess a valid car driving license (SIM A).
