System Analyst (Hybrid Working)

Uraian TugasMinimum Bachelor Degree in Information System. Experience minimum 1 year as a system analyst. Can work independently and under pressure. Knowledge of SQL data model design and query. Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Good communication and presentation skills in verbal and written form. Experience in the financial industry such as banking and insurance is a plus. Custom business applications focusing on web‑based and mobile technologies. Network, server, and infrastructure maintenance. IT outsourcing. End‑to‑end statement engine, including hard copy and e‑statement solutions for banking and credit cards. Medical Miscellaneous allowance Education support Loans Parking Vision Meals, transportation, performance bonus
Responsibilities
- Conduct business and user requirement analysis and gain in‑depth knowledge of business process.
- Develop application design documents : User Interface, Business process flow, FSD, and testing scenarios.
- Coordinate among business users and the developer team during the software development process.
