Overview

Senior Data Science Trainer at Multimatics ID

Location : Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging, and practical training sessions in Data Science topics, including (but not limited to) Python programming, data analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
  • Design and update training materials, modules, hands-on exercises, case studies, and assessments tailored to client needs and current industry trends.
  • Conduct both online and in-person training sessions for professionals at varying levels of experience (beginner to advanced).
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on participants’ performance to help them achieve their learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training content based on feedback, technology changes, and market needs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the data science field, tools, and technologies.
  • Support business development or pre-sales efforts when technical expertise is required to define training scopes.
  • Provide post-training support or mentoring when required by clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in practicing and / or teaching Data Science or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Python, Jupyter, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SQL, Tableau / Power BI, etc.
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and deployment concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
  • Experience in corporate or adult education / training is preferred.
  • Having Data Science or related areas project experience is preferred.
  • Certified in Data Science and Data Engineer areas.
