Responsibilities

• Various referrals campaign end to end roles execution from proposal creation, fulfilment and complains handling
• Support cross selling initiatives to bring more acquisition
• Monitor and tracking campaign fulfilment
• Manage onboarding communication journey post-acquisition
• Involve in Dynara project to bring more Treasures-Lite acquisitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor from reputable university
• Sound understanding in banking products and retail/ mass market segment
• Good communication in both spoken and written forms
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
• Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
• Strong ownership and team spirit
• Demonstrated a track record of getting things done in fast-paced environment
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
