Information Technology Business Analyst

International award-winning executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a client in the financial sector looking to onboard an IT Business Analyst to bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring systems are designed, implemented, and optimized to support operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assess and translate business processes into system specifications for platforms such as core banking systems, loan origination systems (LOS), and loan management systems (LMS).
• Lead requirement workshops, gap analyses, and feasibility studies to define system enhancements or new implementations.
• Partner with technical teams and vendors to design and validate solutions aligned with business goals.
• Support end-to-end project delivery including testing (UAT), change management, and post-implementation reviews.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed documentation including process flows, requirement specifications, and functional design documents.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal governance standards throughout project lifecycle.
