Job Description

:
1. Conducting thorough analysis of customer's current IT infrastructure, business processes, and requirements
2. Providing consultation to customers on selecting IT systems, recommending solutions tailored to their specific needs & goals and finalize the IT system solution to be implemented.
3. Implementing selected IT solutions, configuring, customizing, and deploying systems to align with customers requirements
4. Providing training and support to end-users to facilitate adoption and utilization of newly implemented IT solutions
5. Continuously monitoring project progress and gathering feedback from customers and end-users to identify areas for improvement
6. Performing IT implementations and delivering project outcomes according to project methodology, collaborating with the Project Manager to manage the entire IT project life cycle from the prepare phase to go-live and running.
7. Documenting IT project deliverables (both internal and external needs), configuration changes, setup procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing
8. Staying updated on the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in IT consulting through ongoing learning and professional development initiatives
9. Actively involving people development activities including mentoring, coaching, and training to achieve company strategy and business objective
10. Ensure timely and accurate timesheet entries, and take responsibility for completing tasks in accordance with the established Work Order.
11. Conduct Quality Assurance & Risk Management Processes within responsible area.
