Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Bekasi Selatan. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to clients, understanding customer needs, and effectively presenting lighting solutions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, generating leads, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support with a strong understanding of lighting systems and related technologies
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to meet and exceed client needs
• Proven experience in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed set sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
• Experience in the lighting industry or technical sales is a plus
