Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates for Promotor positions and other assigned projects.
Input, maintain, and manage candidate databases accurately according to project requirements.
Provide socialization and guidance to candidates / project partners regarding rules, workflows, and policies to minimize the risk of attrition and dropouts.
Create recruitment materials (job vacancy posters) and distribute them across designated platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding recruitment progress and project manpower needs.
Qualifications :
Final-year students or fresh graduates from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant majors
Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with data.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets.
