What You’ll Do
Grow Abbott’s nutrition business by identifying market and account opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
Drive product recommendations through consultative, value-based selling
Execute multichannel engagement plans (face-to-face, digital, omnichannel)
Educate HCPs on nutrition science, patient outcomes, and Abbott products
Manage key accounts, customer segmentation, and call objectives
Use data and digital insights to tailor customer engagement
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and cross-functional teams
Track performance against targets and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field
5+ years medical sales experience (Senior) or 10+ years (Executive)
Experience in nutrition or pharmaceutical sales working with HCPs
Proven ability to manage key accounts and tenders
Strong influencing, relationship-building, and communication skills
Comfortable using digital tools and multichannel engagement
Commercially savvy with an understanding of financial KPIs
Energetic, confident, and results-drive
