Uraian Tugas

Job Description

  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to create detailed drawings and layouts for retail outlets.
  • Design 2D and 3D models for furniture, fixtures, equipment, and store layouts.
  • Ensure designs comply with safety standards, regulations, and branding guidelines.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and maintain accurate records of changes.
  • Conduct site visits to validate design specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure designs align with execution.

Requirements

  • Talents who studied in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of drafting experience, preferably in retail projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with Revit and 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and building standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication for team collaboration.
  • Experience in retail layout projects is preferred.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill.
  • Agile, adaptive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites when needed.
  • Willing to be placed in West Jakarta office (Full WFO).
