Senior Site Supervisior

We are recruiting dedicated and experienced Site and MEP Supervisors to oversee construction projects and manage teams. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for designing the BoQ, supervising and directing the work performed by the contractor, scheduling and checking equipment maintenance as needed. Upon completion of the construction, the desire and willingness to work in the hotel at the position as a Chief Engeneer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and monitoring ongoing progress during the project in terms of finance, time and planning.
• Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ensuring the team’s is high quality of work.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team.
• Working knowledge of construction tools, material and equipment.
• Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations.
• Supervise, brief, and communicate to construction workers and subcontractors.
